Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointments

Please arrive 5 minutes before your treatment. If you are running late, please do let us know and we will do our best to try and accommodate, however, please keep in mind that late arrival may result in shortened treatment time or we might need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late as we cannot compromise our next client's appointment. Being over 15 minutes late will result in losing your booking fee amd we will need to reschedule your appointment. 

Deposits

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your treatment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. 

Late Cancellations or No-Shows 

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or if you fail to show up for your appointment, the 25% deposit will be forfeited. 

Rescheduling

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only myself but other clients as well.

Rescheduling of any service must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to reschedule your appointment within the time policies mentioned above will result in your booking fee being forfeited. Children

As much as we love children, we can not guarantee their safety in our salon. To respect the relaxing environment we wish to create and also to comply with current health and safety regulations, we request that children and babies under 7 years of old are not brought into the studio.

Gift Vouchers

Available for treatments and products, are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and must be presented at the time of your treatment. Vouchers are valid for 1 (one) year from the purchase date unless stated otherwise. For gift certificates valued over $100; when using these, a deposit of $50 is required from the individual utilising the certificate. This acts as a security payment towards your appointment in order to book you in. This $50 is refunded to you on the date of your appointment.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will not accept exchange or refund of any Products purchased in the studio or from our online store due to health and safety reasons.
